I am new to Bluebeam and am trying to get the measurement set to measure between boxes on a wall.

Calibrate the drawing scale then use the Length measurement tool (Shift-Alt-L).

Side Note: You will be prompted to set the scale if you attempt to perform any measurement task without a set scale.
