Posting here as a just in case…
All users are slowing being changed from Complete to Unassigned randomly. In admin portal they are assigned correctly and we are paid up, renewed through April 2027. I am not getting any answers through SUpport via email or calling in and status page shows no issues.
Anyone else seeing an issue? Thank You
