Comments have been replied to in Acrobat. How to view these in Bluebeam?

We sent some PDFs with Bluebeam markups to a contractor for response. They have opened the PDFs in Adobe Acrobat and made replies to our comments there. When we open the PDF in Bluebeam, the replies aren't visible.

Is there any way to get them in Bluebeam without having to manually recreate the replies?

Hello Colby, try opening the document outside of Bluebeam, maybe with Google, then save it as a PDF locally, and then open it with Revu. I have seen this happen once before and this is what had to be done in order for the customer to see the markups.
