macro enabled tools

When exporting a summary of markups, it is very repetitive to have to use the summary export process, so maybe allow custom macro enabled tools that could combine repetitive functions into a single click. It would help my organization immensely. If anyone knows of a method that doesn't require loading a csv config file every time we do an export, it would be great to hear.

The Markup Summary tool will run in batch mode where you can add multiple files or even entire folders of PDFs to summarize.

If you don't want everything in one CSV glob, check "Create Multiple Reports Per" on the "Output" section:

You may not want the files grouped by subject. The grouping is controlled on the "Filter and Sort" section. The main sort category is what shows up for the "Create Multiple Reports Per XXXX" option:

It defaults to "Subject,'" but there is a long list with "File Name" at the bottom.

Using this, you may still have to "Load Config," but only once to process all your files. Assuming you want the same report for everything . . .
