Multiple people using a common profile, yet one user has different tool chests

Question

I made a profile for our company and saved it on a network drive. We've been successfully using this profile for 5 years now. A couple of days ago one of my users had her tool chests revert to the out-of-the-box default toolchests.

We tried adding our company tool chests back (they're also saved on the same network drive), but they were reset again the next time she opened Revu.

I tried having her switch to a different profile and switching back to our company profile, but it didn't help.

No one else that's using our company profile is experiencing this. Everyone else sees our company tool chests.

I am so confounded. We can't even get toolchest updates to stick and she has to manually reload them every day. It's just baffling.

But yeah, it's funny when we think we've seen it all and then something weird happens that stumps us.

Don't you just love it when a high end user has a problem? It stumps everyone and people dig into areas that they probably shouldn't be going in to.

This is a new one Liz. Sounds like a Gremlin.
