My team continues to struggle with the bugs involving Custom Columns in the Markups List. Our ongoing issues include missing Custom Columns every time we open Bluebeam Revu. We have to re-import an XML file that contains these Custom Columns every time we use Revu. In addition, we have had several instances of Custom Column data being applied to incoorect Custom Columsn leading to jumbled Markups List exports which we use to build equipment lists and quotes. Our Markups lists end up with model numbers, model quantities, part descriptions, spec sheet URL, and other data to be applied to random columns which then have to be manually corrected in Excel after the import leading to lost time and many manu errors. I have created a support ticket which has not be responded to in any way. What will it take to get Bluebeam to investgate and hopefully address this issue?
