When combining pdfs into a single document, it would be nice to have an option that selects the first page in each pdf all at once.
This would be beneficial for creating Current Full Sets.
If this is coming from a Set (a .btx file) Sets > Select Latest Revision. Sets > Publish > Combine
Do you know if sets were ever able to be viewable on iPads?
not sure, but you can use the Index page to link to everything, so it works like a Set. Just put a link on every page back to the Index page
