Project File not Accessible on Bluebeam Mobile

I have recently begun using Bluebeam projects to test out the functionality when going from the office to the field and trying to take advantage of "one uniform set" that the Projects feature offers.

Last week I've run into an issue where on my iPad, the file I am using in Proejct gives the message "Unable to Open Document" "We're sorry but this document has been deleted". However on the desktop, I can access the same file just fine.

I know I could probably delete and readd the file but then I would lose my revision history, which I've come to appreciate when tracking my own mark ups.

Any ideas on what caused this and how to fix?

This is in a Studio Project?

My first suggestions would be to make sure you have internet access.
Then make sure you are logged into Studio.

Hey @Stephen Ellwood,

In addition to Doug’s suggestions, a couple things to narrow this down:

Is the file a PDF Set (.BEX) or a standard PDF? PDF Sets aren’t supported on mobile yet. If it’s a .BEX, you’ll need to distribute individual PDFs to the field for now.
If it’s a PDF, does the error occur when opening it directly from the Project folder, or only when navigating via a hyperlink? If it’s hyperlink-related, we have an update rolling out this week that addresses a known issue in that flow.

Let us know which scenario you’re seeing and we can go deeper.

Doug - I have verified internet connectivity via wifi and cellular, both individually.

Shawn - it is a standard PDF. The error occurs when opening directly from the Project folder, only on mobile. On Desktop it opens just fine.

Edit: I've tried logging out and logging back into the bluebeam mobile app on my ipad, that did not work. It seems almost like their is a sync issue for Bluebeam Mobile to think the file does not exist, when it does exist on Bluebeam Desktop.

Troubleshooting steps completed so far: Confirmed internet connectivity, restarted iPad, confirmed Project File is still accessible on Desktop, logged out and logged back into Bluebeam Mobile.
