Currently the markup tool does not center the markup to the cursor. It places it to the top right. (Image 1)
If you use a count tool, it centers it. (Image 2)
Not only is this inconsistent, it also makes the markup tool a nightmare to use when quickly placing thousands of markups. If there is a use case scenario that warrants having the markup to the top right, I certainly don't know it, but, PLEASE allow us the option to center it.
