Is there a way to edit a spreadsheet and have it update a table in Bluebeam?

I am open to purchasing a higher license, but first I want to see if this will work like I am hoping it will.

My company adds user data in a spreadsheet (e.g. IP Addresses, SN, etc), and we would like that info to go directly into our as built drawings. The idea being that we would only have to update the information in the spreadsheet, not in the spreadsheet and the As Built document.

I've found a way to create custom columns in the markups and then create a legend with those columns, but is there a way to user quantity linking to update the columns in the markups?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I think Quantity Link only works from Bluebeam to Excel not the other way around.

How about, once your done in Excel, just copying the table and pasting it into Bluebeam?

Unfortunately no automatic way to do this that I can think of.

Okay, that was what I thought from the videos demonstrating it.

We are currently pasting into Bluebeam like you described, we were just hoping to replicate the way the data links with the markups/legends.

Black text is gray when printing
