Layer Organization

I am looking for a way to organize my existing layers on a project that I am working on. I have yet to find a way to move the layer to a sub group. In this example I would like to move all my overlays to one group (Overlays would then contain Power, HVAC & Roof).

@Curtis Scott, yes you can! First make sure that you have "Show All Layers" checked, and "Show Layers on Page Only" UNCHECKED.

Then, select any layer, and move it up or down, if you want to nest it under another layer, just move it slightly to the right. I just tried it and it worked for me!
