Some of the people in my team are using the 2020 and I'm using the current one. it seems that they don't see my markups. only the users with the current can see it. can someone explain to solve this issue? Thanks!
Are the markups being created using tools or features that are only available in later releases of Revu?
using newer release Revu. does this mean that newer older Revu will not recognize it. there's no option to turn it on or off?
I have a feeling that this may be an issue but it is probably best answered by the Bluebeam team.
Hi,
All things being equal, there will be no markups made in one program that can't be seen in the other.
Are you working in something like a Bluebeam Studio Session or might you be adding markups to a local file?
not on session. just a markup on a PDF file using bluebeam. I can view it but others can't.
I will try to explain more clearly.
Opening the file using the most current program I can see all the Mark-ups
Using my perpetual license for the 2019 program, I can see most of it except some.
Typically We open a file, add notes/markups, and then save it. That's how we do it.
it seems that people have issues using the typewriter tool saying that it doesnt show up on others. is there a difference between the typewriter and textbox?
