callout leader size adjust

hi it would be great if there is more flexibility in independently adjusting the leader size of the callout (especially when we are not using the text box outline). currently there are presets 25%, 50%.. and so on. It would be great if we are able to adjust to any % or pt size we want it to, similar to how we can adjust its text box in pt, since leader often creates congestion when we have space restraint.

also this would give more sharpness to shown leader type
