Bluebeam team, I am writing because I would like to reiterate the suggestion (from others) to have the ability to apply viewports to multiple pages just as one can apply markups & scales to multiple pages.
I work in the heavy civil industry and many of our sheets have a plan view & profile view on the same sheet. It is easy to set the generic scale on the page, but a viewport is always needed due to the difference in vertical scale on the profile. This can increase functionality for the user as i currently have to create individual viewports & set viewport scales for every page needed. This becomes very tiresome, especially when the plans have several thousands of sheets.
One additional feature that may be helpful with this suggestion is the ability to see which pages have a viewport/scale applied to them in an area similar to the "markup list". Perhaps a new "tab" could be created with similar column references. This would be able to help the user sort and filter which pages have "X" scales. If said "X" scale or others needed to be adjusted, one could click on them in the list and adjust 1 or multiple scales/viewports as needed.
I have attached a preliminary example of where/how this suggestion can be used & potential features. If this idea (or similar) could come to light, I believe this will greatly help many users in the heavy civil & surrounding industries for quantities, take offs, & measurements by making the process quicker & more efficient.
