This would allow you to have leaders coming out of Text box only horizontally. The problem with the Compass Leaders now is that they can come out of the top and bottom of text boxes. In review of drawings it is more organized to stack the text boxes. leaders come out the top and bottom ruin this and look like garbage. Everytime you have the leaders set "horiontal" if you touch a leader or move the textbox the leaders take off in generally the vertical orientation. I almost never use leaders in the vertical orientation as it looks like "junky" and doesn't allow me to stack my text boxes vertically as a "todo" list for my consultants / interns.
