I'm trying to establish a workflow for adding multiple engineers' signatures and seals to different sheets of a single pdf drawing package.
Example:
I have three sections to my plan set which is required to be submitted as a single PDF.
Civil, Structural, Electrical.
Each of the three sections must be sealed by a different engineer. The state requires an additional text field to be included on each sheet that cannot be part of the digital signature. The text field must state the name of the engineer that digitally signed the sheet.
I'm trying to setup a workflow that allows a certified, multi-sheet PDF to have the following on each sheet:
- editable text field that can be locked after name is added
- allow for stamp to be added
- allow for signature to be added
Once all three engineers have added their name to the text field, added their PE seal, and added their signature to their respective sheets then the entire digitally sealed package is to be uploaded to the permitting agency.
Is such a workflow even possible within Bluebeam Revu Complete?
