BlueBeam keeps freezing up.

Hi, I am wondering if I am the only one that has this problem lately. Why veiwing and editing plan sheets the program lockes up and I can't close it nor does it work any more. I have to end task it to restart it. This has happened several times in the last two weeks. Can anyone help me figure this out?

What version of the software are you using? 21.8 is the latest. If you're on that version, is it a very large .pdf file?

I'm with @Jason Artley on this one, start with your file size.
If it seems excessive, break your file into individual pages. What you will probably find is that one or two pages will be very large, which is usually am embedded hatch or other something that is increasing the file size.

First off, thank you everyone so much for responding so quickly. Yes I am on version 21.8, I do have several large open pdf plan sets going at the same time. I do construction estimates and have to switch between open pdf files to do my job. It seems that it is just been doing this for the last month or so?

I will check this out, maybe I can condence the file size down or extract just the pages I need. I used to do it this way in the resent past. Maybe it is because I have full sets open now. I will play with this and see what happens, thanks.
