1 out of 4 documents won't show our organization's profile when trying to set the status of a comment in a Bluebeam Session. We re-converted the document to a PDF and the issue still remains when we opened it with Bluebeam. We received the original document from another organization and it's not locked by the creator. Is there any other trick to try? We have a review meeting over these comments in about a week and there are many that can't be greened out.
