I saw this tool in Foxit PDF Editor years ago and it sticks in my mind to this day because I found it so useful. Bluebeam is my go to software for everything and having this Magnifying Glass cursor option to magnify small text/markups/objects through a magnifying glass "viewer" on the cursor would be amazing. This would allow users to flip quickly between drawings (ie large archit'l elevations with small details) without having to zoom in each time thereby reducing the number of "previous views" to get back to the original page. This would help tremendously when navigating pdf's with numerous pages to have to jump between in order to find the needed information.
