Revu Markups Properties Field Copy

There should be a way to automatically copy one field into another. Ex. Copying the Subject field into the Label field. Some Markups require the Label field to be filled for it to show up. In my experience, I end up manually copying the subject line into the label line which takes up time.

@ADiaz, Not sure if that kind of automatic linking between fields is possible. However, if your goal is to apply the same subject, label, color, line thickness, etc. to multiple markups, you can select all the items at once and then retype or paste the value. Revu will update all selected markups with the new information instantly.

While possible, not sure if its practical for most cases.

For myself, I want the Subject and Label to be different as it gives me different levels of sorting.
Plus I can have multiple labels under the same subject.

I've never heard of a markup requiring a field to show up, could you explain that one please?

For a markup to have a label on-screen, it has to be typed out in the label line, is what I meant to say. For me, I rather the Subject be used as the identifier, but that is not an option.

@ADiaz, What is the markup type that you are using?

The Count measurement has the option of including a caption. You can choose from Label, Area, Volume, Depth, Width. (For some reason, Subject is not currently available as an option.)
