Bluebeam text in dimensions

I need step by step instructions on how to both change the text size in a dimension stream (I have already calibrated the sheet size) In one of my sheets the text size is huge. And in another project the text is not showing at all. I need actual dimensions, I don't want to override what it is.

@Cheryl.Marchand are us using the "Dimension" tool (top below) or the "Length" tool?

The Dimension tool requires you to input the length and doesn't depend on the scale.

The Length tool works with the scale and populates the "actual" length that I think you are referring to - that is how Luke is getting the "3'-0"" to display.

That's an example of a "real" dimension. I measured a door with the drawing scale set. If I change the dimension line, the value will change too. Note that there is a difference between a dimension line and a measurement line.

I say this to avoid any confusion or assumptions.

What are the properties of your measurements?

I did go there and that is how its set up. I'm not sure about that red 3'-0" …did you fill that in or did it self propagate? I need for it to actually say what the dimension is.
