Currently the markup list display in Revu may only be sorted by one column at a time. This suggestion, submitted in conjunction with @Don Walke, would be to add multi level sort capabilities to the markups list display.
While markups exported to a CSV can be sorted easily in Excel, at times it would be helpful when reviewing markups to be able to sort the markups list in Revu by multiple variables.
