Good afternoon, I've been having this issue with Bluebeam where after I take snapshot to make a custom tool chest item, the text in that item changes into symbols when I reopen Bluebeam. Attached is a snippet of said change.

this also happens to tool chest items that I make into groups. any and all suggestions will help.
