Add option to apply multiple tools at the same time

My suggestion is to add the ability to apply multiple tools at the same time.

In construction we often need to apply multiple layers of materials to the same area. Examples could include plywood/tar paper/shingles on a roof or fine grading, stone, asphalt base, asphalt binder, tack and asphalt wearing course on a parking lot or roadway.

Those you would all create custom columns for, so you can get all the quantities with one markup. Make sure when you build the columns, the formulas get you to the unit of purchase.

once the Magic Wand is available you can Copy/paste in place on top of each other and switch the tool.
