The ability to download a .CSV from the markup list is huge! But sometimes you don't need the information on all of your markups. While you can filter your markups to tailor your download it is a multi-step process.
My suggestion is to add the ability to select and copy an individual line (or group of lines) from the markup list to the clipboard. You could then paste the information to Excel (or another program) without having to go through an extensive filtering/downloading process.
