Misbehaving Toolbars

Is anyone else experiencing issues with their toolbars not displaying the icons in the order in which they have been set?

I've only noticed this recently but, no matter what I try I cannot get the tools to display in the order that they are allocated in when you customise a toolbar. This applies to new toolbars as well as the existing navigation bars.

ArchiCAD and spaces
