3D PDF's on mobile device

I have created a few 3D PDF's using the add in within Revit but have been unable to view these on mobile devices. when the PDF is opened it just shows a white screeen but when opened on a computer it opens just as expected and is able to be orbited around in. i have tried multiple apps (bluebeam cloud, adobe acrobat reader & 3D PDF reader) but they all yeild the same result. i dont see any settings on the 3D PDF conversion side of things that would help the viewing end. any ideas on how to get this to work?

Version 21.7 Length dimensioning
I just updated to Revu version 21.7 and the tool that I used to snap dimesnions in length is now very wonky to use. It pulls fom the corner and not the centerline. Is there any way to revert it back to the previous version without abandoning 21.7 altogether?
