Navgating Multiple Open Windows

Sence last up date when I have muliple windows open. Each window will come forward as i scroll over them. Used to have to click on a window to full display. My computer setting is set for click to view. Is this a glich in BB or something else?

I had the same issue and had to revert to BB v21.5.

This was highly disruptive for my common tasks so I submitted a ticket [ref:_00D1N2ZvcL._500UjqRRz5:ref] . They were able to replicate the issue and escalated it to the engineering team. ~~I have not had the time to test BB v21.9 released 03/03/26 to see if it was resolved yet.~~ V.21.9 has not corrected the issue.
