Revu 21 - URL Paths that include the character "." before the filetype suffix lack support

Folders names that include the character "." are supported with the "Open Folder" option in the hyperlink options.

Filenames like "N. East Modification of C. Plant.pdf" are either not allowed, or on the second attempt, crash the program and there is a dialogue that says "Index was outside the bounds of the array"

The solution to the dozens of PDFs that I am hyperlinking for my team is to hyperlink the Folder rather than the file.

I have found that only certain path strings will invoke this edge case.

I have scrubbed business information from this string, but maintained the exact characteristics of the pathname of this file in a local Network drive:
"N:\400-31B Projects\110 Word Building Files\01 Word word Line\8.11 Lines Of Information (LOI)\LOI 0029 - Words A.B.C. Word Along FilePath WR1 and WR2\ABCD Words Word WW_ LOI 29_ Conflicted A.B.C. Abbr. along (E) WW1 & WW2_ABCD Response.pdf"

But this string, in the exact same drive and with "." in the path string will work fine:
"N:\400-31B Projects\110 Word Building Files\01 Word word Line\8.11 Lines Of Information (LOI)\LOI 0046 - Words & Word at the Word\ABCD Wordsss Word AB_ LOI 12_ Abbr. & The. at the Word's_ABCD ABC RESPONSE.pdf"
