Modify Multiple Markups with Similar Properties at Once

We use custom tools for review, therefore we have many of the same markup (text box, Cloud+, Callout, Note) but each has a different color scheme & subject. I'm working on updating the margins, text size, line spacing, line thickness, hatch scale, etc. for all the text boxes for each type; but if I select two of the same type of markup, margin, line space property disappears and many other options are grayed out.

Again, the base markup is the same and the properties I'm looking to change are shared but the ability to modify them all at once is not currently possible.

Would it work to modify one of these markups the way you want them all, then use the Format Painter? I have used that before to paint formatting across different types of markups.

Unfortunately no since it will change the color properties as well, which I want to maintain. See below.

Ah. I see. Well, if you did match multiple text properties you want to change then went back and reset the colors, at least it would minimize the work.
