I can no longer copy/paste markups when using latest version 21.7
Not experiencing this myself:
Are you experiencing any of the issues that other have reported @Isaac.Harned ? I've been waiting to upgrade as I've got some training that I'm in the middle of.
Today I went to copy the same markup to paste to anther document and it allowed me. I will keep track on what might be the cause to narrow down the sporadic no copy/paste issue.
The Polytool issue for sure, haven't been able to resume sequences for a couple updates either, but that's prior to this update.

I'm working on identifying who in the company has issues with this and which tools pose the issue. Here is a screenshot of the tools we are tracking. "Yes" means the tool can copy/paste. I hope this helps.
