Tool Count Legends. Total Count Legend vs Current Page Counts

I'm not sure how long ago this changed, but it was pretty recent….

I used to be able to make a legend from my tool counts per page by selecting the counts to be per the "current" page and then at the begining of the document on the cover page I could create a Master Legend with the Total Counts that had ALL the counts from the document associated with that tool list.

Did I accidentally change a setting or did bluebeam change something that makes it so whenever I make the Master Legend that captures the counts from all the pages in the document now supersede the individual "current page" legend counts, which causes them to go blank?

Deleting Markup List Items that Import as a Default

Default Extract All Pages?
When extracting pages, I currently have to either: Select all pages first, then use Extract [Ctrl+Shift+X], or Go to Extract and change the page range dropdown from Selected to All Pages. Is there a way to skip these steps and have All Pages set as the default so I can extract the full document with a single click?
