New problem with 21.7 creating new PDF

21.7 changed quite a few things.

The issue I have noticed in the last couple of days is when I create a new PDF

Most of my markup tools are a lot bigger.

This does not happen on PDF’s created by other programs or with Revu prior to the 21.7 update.

I created them on on 1/8” scale.

If I change the markup scale to ¼” the markups go back to normal size but the text is off.

Recreating all of my mark up tools is not an acceptable solution.
