Tab Order Not Saved?

Since upgrading to 21.6.1, it seems I have to rearrange order of the tabs on each BB OPEN.

I commonly start with about half a dozen tabs open for a couple of most active projects. I like to have them in order of Project 1 Specs, Project 1 CA Set, Project 1 Revisions, Project 2 Specs, Project 2 CA Set, Project 2 Revisions. After that, tabs come and go for RFIs and Submittal reviews.

Is there some setting I need to check or is that just an update nuance, that these do not stay arranged like they used to?

Logging in every time
log in I am really tired of having to log into Bluebeam every time I open it. Please figure out another way. This is the only application on our PCs that require this.
