Studio Project Permissions

I know how to grant permissions from Revu 21 but can I grant studio project permissions from the cloud or app based applications or does it have to be strictly completed through the desktop application of Revu?

For Bluebeam Revu 21 and its Studio Projects feature, most permission changes must be done in the desktop app (Revu itself), not entirely via a separate “cloud only” interface.

• There is no full web browser interface provided by Bluebeam that allows you to change all Studio Project permission settings independently from Revu desktop (as of the latest documentation). This may have changed.

• While some aspects like inviting users or sending links might be possible via other portals or apps, core management (groups, permissions, folder access) still depends on the desktop app.

• If you use Bluebeam Cloud, it may allow document view/markup in a browser, but management of underlying Project permissions is still governed in Revu.
