Not utilizing the full power of the Tool chests and Markups list.

You have all these cool tools on various toolbars set up in your profile and you kind of tend to use those instead of what's in the tool chests. Even then, the tool chests that ship with Revu are fairly generic and aren't really set up for any subcontractor to use out of the box. Not learning how to create and save tools initially cost me. Once you learn how to customize them though, the sky is the limit.
