Exporting monochrome images

We are trying to figure out why REVU2020 can export a monochrome image at (ex.) 600 DPI and the same exact preferences in REVU2021, the image appears not as clear from the 2021 version. Also, the images are exported extremely faint compared to the PDF.

DragDrop registration didnot succeed Revu 21.6
Has anyone experienced this issue after updating to version 21.6? It doesn’t happen every time, but occasionally I get a popup that prevents Bluebeam from opening. When this occurs, I’m unable to launch the application at all. Just wondering if anyone else has run into this and found a solution.
Revu has high memory usage

Revu keeps windows pdf file status as open or locked even after closing the file or closing Revu

I have duplicate "My Tools" chests?
I have a new issue whereby every time i open Bluebeam, it creates me an additional "My Tools" chest….i now have 16 Tool chests named "My Tools"!?! They also cant be deleted so they are growing. Anyone have any ideas?
Punchlist Setup/Template
Hi, We are new to BB and just starting to setup our templates, library etc. I have seen comments on using BB for punchlists and viewed on youtube but does BB have a learning page on how to set these up properly?
