Open second instance of BB, lose all my imported tools/line types/hatches

I have over 20 tool sets, line types and hatches. If I open a second instance of Bluebeam, those tools do not show up. Annoying but not that big of a deal. The problem is, if I then close all instances of Revu, when I launch it again, sometimes all of my tool sets and hatches have disappeared (and they don't come back unless I re-import all of the tools)

Anyone else have this issue? I have Revu 21.6 (latest).

Oh, it also removed all my customized tool bar layouts.
