Automated page labels via bookmarks from Revit print dialog

I would like to be able to create page labels automatically via the bookmarks for documents created using the Revit print dialog.

Currently, PDFs created using the Revit print dialog (not the BB plugin) have bookmarks nested under a non-functioning bookmark called "Sheets". Because of this you need to do a few manual things before you can create page labels from bookmarks:

Select the first bookmark (below the Sheets bookmark), hold shift, select the last bookmark.
Click and drag to un-nest the bookmarks.
Go into Page Labels and select Create Page Labels From Bookmarks.
Ensure all pages are selected.
Click ok.

This is a very common procedure that people need to remember to do every single time they create a PDF from Revit. (Spoiler alert: they rarely remember.) It would be great if there were some built-in function within Revu to handle this automatically.
