Properties tab specific to selected markup not appearing

In Bluebeam Revu 21, when I click on a markup, the properties tab does not update to show the properties of the selected markup.

The only way I have found to fix this is to close and restart Revu. But this problem keeps repeating almost every day, it is extremely frustrating when adding markups to have to repeatedly restart the software.

Any solutions to this?

This is a glitch and is not typical. Easiest first step is to open your preferences and reset your profile:

After that it it's maybe a reinstall unless someone else here has an alternate solution. My typical go to is when Bluebeam behaves in a way that is unexpected, reset the profile.
