I wanted to removed all markups in my pdf so when I open it to BB it will apply the profile that i save.
@Alger, There are several ways to remove your markups:
To delete them: Simply select the markups either directly on the drawing or from the Markups List, then press delete.
To hide them without deleting: If your markups are assigned to specific layers, you can hide those layers and lock them. This ensures the markups won't display or reopen automatically the next time you access the drawings.
Hope this helps!
You may need to open the document in Bluebeam to remove all markups. To do this, open your markup list, select all the markups, and delete them. Then, save the document as a new file. Additionally, flatten the document before saving it. After closing the file, reopen it, and you should have a clean file to work with. Alternatively, you could try opening it with a different profile setting and then reopening the file *Hopefully that helps.
You can also right click and select all, then delete (Ctrl+A)
