I wanted to removed all markups in my pdf so when I open it to BB it will apply the profile that i save.
@Alger, There are several ways to remove your markups:
To delete them: Simply select the markups either directly on the drawing or from the Markups List, then press delete.
To hide them without deleting: If your markups are assigned to specific layers, you can hide those layers and lock them. This ensures the markups won't display or reopen automatically the next time you access the drawings.
Hope this helps!
You may need to open the document in Bluebeam to remove all markups. To do this, open your markup list, select all the markups, and delete them. Then, save the document as a new file. Additionally, flatten the document before saving it. After closing the file, reopen it, and you should have a clean file to work with. Alternatively, you could try opening it with a different profile setting and then reopening the file *Hopefully that helps.
You can also right click and select all, then delete (Ctrl+A)
I would like to know if there are any place I could go to download toolsets for doors?
When I open a set of plans in Bluebeam, I get hundreds and many times thousands of items that automatically populate into the Markups List. I try to delete them but it won't allow this to happen. Does anyone know how to get rid of these or stop them from importing? They are mainly random labels, words or drawings…
Hi All. i have reached out to the support team, but without getting the needed help. They wrote that the problem was due to the drawing being "large", but the problem is not connected to all large drawings. The Drawing is not responding dynamic to zoom, but keeps loding in small bites/fields, making the it slow to work…
When extracting pages, I currently have to either: Select all pages first, then use Extract [Ctrl+Shift+X], or Go to Extract and change the page range dropdown from Selected to All Pages. Is there a way to skip these steps and have All Pages set as the default so I can extract the full document with a single click?
Hi all. Anyone else having a problem since the latest update, where you go to change a line size & it jumps up to highlight?
Is there a way after using the overlay command to go back an make edits or adjustments or do you essential just have to start a new overlay command?
When selecting a markup to use such as one that measures area for carpet, while in the process of using the markup tool, the wall lines are totally obliterated by a solid line that is impossible to see through no matter what the opacity setting is of the line. This leaves the markup a matter of guesswork as to where the…
I would like to see on the BATCH pulldown, the ability to create and re-use a Page Label for PDF's. I dont understand why this isn't already available. Regardless of where you place Sheet Number, Sheet Description - a routine that allows users with a click of a button to complete the same TEDIOUS TASK of constantly…
I get this weird football goalpost-looking line when trying to find a length. Also, for smaller measurements, when I zoom in, the length value disappears. It only appears AFTER i click the 2nd point. I then have to zoom out, guess what the appropriate length is, and adjust it time and time again until I get it correct.…

I've found several issues with the Revu Browser Youtube links only play at low resolution Several links that open up in-network…
