In those cases that I move from a multi-monitor setup to a single-monitor setup while I have multiple tabs in separate windows maximized on each monitor, the "detached" tabs overlay on top of the main window and do not allow access to move the main window. This only becomes a problem (that I am aware of) when I am actively connected to a Studio Session and the transition from multi-monitor to single-monitor results in a loss of connection to Studio. In that case, the "Reconnect" window is treated as part of the main window and hidden / inaccessible behind the detached windows.
