Created a "Studio Session" and marked up PDF on my PC.
When opening the same PDF on the Ipad (Bluebeam Cloud):
1) these markups are not showing on PDF as when viewed/created on PC.
2) Markup tools are visible but don't work at all, tried all of them
That sounds frustrating, @Secunda! Are you using the native iOS Bluebeam Cloud app or accessing it via a web browser? If it’s the browser, unfortunately, we don’t support that on iPad. Please try the iOS app instead. We’re expanding file access and markup capabilities this year—let us know where we can improve here!

@Shawn Dawson When I use the BB Cloud app on my iPad 9th Generation and try to do any mark ups on a "Checked Out' version, the markups dissappear. What gives?

I wasn’t able to reproduce this issue on my end, so to really dig in, please reach out to our support team at support@bluebeam.com. That’ll open a proper ticket so they can gather details from your setup and we can look into it as soon as possible.
Anyone else having this problem? I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Had IT clean up my files yesterday, but the problem has returned today.
I have a set of plans w mutiple pages. the person who created the plans did not have it set up to link the details to the sheet the detail is on. the details symbols look like that which i attached. I may be missing something but with this new update. for some reason or other I cannot keep my custom columns for every PDF. I have to continually input them in.
