Acrobat able to show the content within the thumbnail ?
Can Bluebeam do the same thing?
With Bluebeam as default, i cannot see the content via the thumbnail
Still can't do it in 2025, come and guys ! We can do better.
2026 is coming up soon and Bluebeam still can't do that basic feature. Where can I go to make a request ?
Hi! The request has been made here (this post). Users can also vote up the idea/feedback under the original post on this page.
I'll make sure to share this with the Product Team, though.
Hello Marco, when you say here, it would be nice to have a link.
I think @Marco M is referring to the top of this thread @Tlagarde.
You click on the triangle above the "4" (which is now a "5" with my upvote) to add your support.
(EDIT - I see that you have already added your vote @tlagarde)
Hope this helps. 😎
I mean the work around way is to turn on the preview pane, but I still think able to show the PDF content within the thumbnail is a much faster way to scan through all the PDF. some larger files would take forever just to show the content in the preview pane.
Indeed, I am not looking for a workaround, they need to allow this basic feature.

At our organisation when reviewing drawings there is a review manager that consolidates comments before sending them back. This process occurs regardless of if we are using Bluebeam or another tool.…
Add folders for studio sessions to organize the list of recent Studio sessions. Some of our clients utilize one Studio session per deliverable on large projects that have multiple reviewers. It can be quite a task to find the one studio session for a smaller project amidst the rows and rows of studio sessions per…
With more people using bluebeam as a CAD/drawing program. It would be nice if bullet points/numbers points with auto text indent was a feature.
It would be helpful to have an autosave function for PDFs being used in Revu. Currently this does not exist and would be very beneficial.
This has been requested many many times in the past by many Revu users. WHY is there STILL no numbered/bulleted list function??
I'd like to create/insert a table into Bluebeam Revu that I can edit like any other markup.
Request is for the ability to group open PDFs into tabs, similar to the way that Microsoft Edge allows for web pages to be grouped together into tabs (Edge allows you to take a number of open websites and add them to a named / color-coded group tab. This allows for multiple websites to be open, but organized into group…
