It would be great be able to see to whom and when the "alert attendee" has been done. Today you can see exactly who and when markups has been accepted but there are no info at all if a markup has been alerted to someone.
We would love the ability to effectively assign responsibility for resolving markups. The alert function is half way there, but with no useful record of who was alerted, it doesn't really work. As OP mentioned, it also gets confusing who, if anyone was alerted as it relies on memory (or the linear log which is pretty clunky for this). Having a column in the markup list for who was alerted, (with the ability for the author to delete) seems like it would add a ton of utility.
I requested this exact functionality back in 2022. This is the response I received:
"We're working on it. Thank you for contacting Bluebeam! Your questions and feedback are invaluable to us. We have created Case # 01195990 for you, so please keep this for your records."
