You can easily close all files in a session, but you can't easily open all files in a session. When we're going to take out review summaries, we have to spend a lot of time opening file by file. It would save a lot of time if we could choose to open all pdf files in the session.
When a lot of files are included in a session, it is difficult to keep track of which file is displayed. It would be nice if the document that is showing on the screen also is highlighted och marked in the document column on the right.
When you have many sessions in Bluebeam Studio, it is sometimes difficult to keep track of which sessions you have finished without having to go into the session. It would be nice to be able to add, for example, a mark that is reported outside the session
It would be helpfull to be able to clearly mark which files in a session have been reviewed, to be able to see how far you have come with the reviewing.
Not sure if I am missing something about the functionality of the link feature in spaces. It seems to just allow us to link from one space to other areas on a drawing. That is cool I guess, but I think it is easier to add a markup with reference text and "edit action" back to a space - that way I could mass create rather…

I need the ability to open files with longer file names (greater than 260 characters). This is no longer a Windows limitation, it is a Bluebeam…
My team and I would benefit greatly by sorting hundreds of sheets at a time by Page Label in the Thumbnails panel. Sorting orders may include Alphabetically A-Z, Z-A, or Custom (By Criteria). I created some mock-ups of what the prompt would look like:
When making a bookmark summary page, the default title is "Bookmarks Summary". It should be changed to "Table of Contents"
Currently the Studio tab displays joined session in a semi-arbitrary order. Possibly it is sorted by most recently marked up by other users, but there is no documentation on how it is actually sorted - all I can see is that every time Bluebeam is opened the session list is different. It is EXTREMELY difficult to find the…
Hello, I work for a public entity and just went through ADA training for the new compliance on documentation. I really enjoy utilizing Bluebeam/Revu. However, due to the new ADA rules and the lack of an ADA compatibility Checker feature in Bluebeam/Revu, I believe I'm going to be forced to have to cancel usage and switch…
