Bluebeam team, I am writing because I would like to reiterate the suggestion (from others) to have the ability to apply viewports to multiple pages just as one can apply markups & scales to multiple pages. I work in the heavy civil industry and many of our sheets have a plan view & profile view on the same sheet. It is…
We are a campus that has used BlueBeam for many years now and have been fortunate to deploy it to our labs for student use with ease. It comes licensed and ready to use for the students very seamlessly. With the change to academic licensing and requiring faculty and students to create accounts and request access it adds…
It would be great if Bluebeam had a feature that allows you to create multiple takeoffs from one measure. For example I could create rectangular room measure and then I could apply multiple different tools from tool chest to that one measure. You could for example create measure from room and just apply different tools…
There should be a way to assign non-numerical hotkeys to custom tools. Currently, I have several custom toolboxes; the "My Tools" toolbox in particular I have around 30 custom tools which have numerical hotkeys. The numerical hotkeys are fine, but when getting into the double digits, it's inconvenient to need to press "19"…
Has anyone else run into issues with the startup speed of Revu after recent update? Feels like the software is hanging or validating something in the background before actually starting up. Boot time used to be a second or two, now it seems to be taking somewhere around 15 seconds or more.
We can already export markups to CSV but the process is clunky and it takes several steps to go from my PDF to Excel data that I want to manipulate or paste into another tool. Would it be possible to provide a shortcut to copy markups to clipboard in a CSV style format? A single button on the markup pane, to the right of…
Increaseing the File Character Limit from 260 Characters to 400 or more to match that of Microsoft and other programs. I am able to use Adobe and Foxit to open my files with no issue but unable to in Bluebeam due to the Character limitation.
Since we've updated to Revu 21.9, we've noticed some PDFs prevent us from using the "Ctrl+B" keyboard shortcut to bookmark a page. However, if you save the document, even if no changes were made, it then allows you to use the keyboard shortcut to add a bookmark. Seems to be some sort of glitch related to the recent update.
We've been having this issue, since forever, of someone opening a document to reference it for work they're doing but they're not the document owner (they didn't create it nor are they responsible for updating it), and it locks out the person updating/replacing the pdf preventing them from making changes or stamping it.…
When you try to open a PDF that is already opened by another user, Revu offers the option to open the PDF 'read only'. Unfortunately, this is not a typically available option. When opening a PDF via the file-open dialogue, there should always be an option (via drop-arrow) to open the file read-only. See screen-grab below…
