Enable multiply markup to work in viewports
Currently multiply markup defaults to the overall scale of the page, not the viewport scale. Suggestion would be to have the option to use the viewport scale when using the multiply markup tool.

Like all windows, I can drag the Revu window by clicking the Menu bar and holding while moving the mouse. However, I can only do this when there is a "black area" to click.
