I would like to suggest a feature that would greatly enhance productivity in Bluebeam Revu. It would be extremely beneficial to have the ability to import a list of layers from an Excel file directly into Revu. Use Case: I currently manage an Excel file that contains a detailed list of items for estimation, each of which…
🔒 Proposal: Admin Lock for Import/Export of Profiles, Preferences, and Custom Columns Problem: Currently, any user can import/export Revu configuration elements (Profiles, Preferences, Custom Columns). These contain proprietary workflows, standards, and estimating structures that companies consider intellectual property.…
Every time Bluebeam updates, it removes all of my pinned PDF's in the windows taskbar icon for Bluebeam. This is a continuous pain, as on every update I have to locate and re-attach the documents to taskbar. It doesn't seem like it is unnecessary to clear the pinned PDFs on update. Can this be achieved?
Add an option for a smart page rotation tool where for the selected range or all pages, you can indicate to smart rotate all pages to portrait or landscape, and whether to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise. This 'smart' rotate will only rotate pages that are not in the correct orientation. It should run based on whether…
I'm so frustrated with Bluebeam and these updates with broken features. Seems like every update for the last year has major problems and then fixes take a long time to come out and no one on the support team has any concrete information on the next fix. I love this program and use it all day most days. I just hate that new…
I know we have keyboard shortcuts to activate commands and that is awesome. However, it would be a huge time saver for some tasks if I could just hit a key (without shift/ctrl/alt) and get the last used command going instantly.
We use custom tools for review, therefore we have many of the same markup (text box, Cloud+, Callout, Note) but each has a different color scheme & subject. I'm working on updating the margins, text size, line spacing, line thickness, hatch scale, etc. for all the text boxes for each type; but if I select two of the same…
Please add the ability to apply redactions to multiple documents (similar to this idea) and then batch apply redactions to multiple documents.
Instead of defaulting to the last folder where a Markup List file was exported to, can we have the option of defaulting to the folder in which the pdf file that you are using is saved. If I am moving between pdf's which are saved in different folders it is too easy to end up saving the output file in the wrong place.
I would like the possibility to force the use of a specified profile for each session. Either by not allowing a participant to connect to the session without first applying proper profile or by forcefully changing the users profile upon connecting to the session. Currently it's a big hassle trying to make each participant…
