Merge Layers
Working with really large PDF sets, sometimes it seems performance may be hindered by a set with layers that were exported from the originating software, i.e. AutoCAD. It would be nice if there was a merge layers option to bring all layers to one.

I would like a tool that scans a pdf and spits out an excel containing whatever information I train it to. This would require an AI function that learns because not all drawings are formatted the same.

Copy from a checked-in document
I'd like to be able to copy (CTRL-C) an object from a checked-in document. Right now I'll check-out the document but I have to make sure to undo the check-out, it's just a hassle
Auto-hide bookmark list
Auto-hide bookmark list. When hovering over the bookmarks they would temporarily expand the list for selection, then auto-hide again. This would allow use of all of the workspace while easily accessing the bookmarks or other tabs. Acrobat has this feature.
Hover over page names to see whole name

Area markup measurement adjustments
Be able to adjust area markup sizes by entering new size in a "scale dimensions" box instead of doing it through the "Document Width & Document Height" fields. This would be for adjusting area markups precisely instead of dragging for approximate dimensions.

I sign dozens of sheets a week and make great use of the batch sign and seal function. Our titleblocks are consistent, and I always put the seal, digital signature, and date blocks in the same locations.
