Only Display One of each Toolbox Item in Create Legend feature
Currently, from my understanding, there are two ways to create a legend. To go to the tool box and click on the settings gear and select create new legend. This is great, however it pulls every single device of every toolbox type. So if i have 20 Cameras on my print, it shows all 20 in the legend. It would be so great to…

Isometric Drawings
I have used BlueBeam Revu to create piping isometric drawings. However, this process takes a very long time and is painstaking because currently Revu only allows you to snap to 45° or 90°. If there was an option to turn on snapping to 15° increments, it would allow for much cleaner and faster creation/marking up of piping…

Preset colour White to Transparant for Snapshot feature
We would like to preset the Mask colour of a symbol so that this doesn't need to be edited afterwards for every snapshot while creating a library from a PDF with all the symbols on a white background. It is a lot of repetative work to change the colour White of every symbol to transparant. Also it would be great to have a…

Merge Layers
Working with really large PDF sets, sometimes it seems performance may be hindered by a set with layers that were exported from the originating software, i.e. AutoCAD. It would be nice if there was a merge layers option to bring all layers to one.

Page Extraction
When running reports weekly, I have to go through and enter in page extraction to generate a report, which is helpful; however, I have many reports that need to be generated, and this can be a time-consuming task. (Please see attachment.) For instance, if I want to save the report for #345, I know that I can extract page…

AI IMAGE RECOGNITION PDF SCANNER THAT EXPORTS TO EXCEL
I would like a tool that scans a pdf and spits out an excel containing whatever information I train it to. This would require an AI function that learns because not all drawings are formatted the same.

BlueBeam Plot driver support with Bentley MicroStaton 2023 , 2024 etc.
This service is advantageous for the user to engage with the Bluebeam platform instead of leveraging the Adobe drivers currently performing the plot tasks for MicroStation.

Copy from a checked-in document
I'd like to be able to copy (CTRL-C) an object from a checked-in document. Right now I'll check-out the document but I have to make sure to undo the check-out, it's just a hassle

Auto-hide bookmark list
Auto-hide bookmark list. When hovering over the bookmarks they would temporarily expand the list for selection, then auto-hide again. This would allow use of all of the workspace while easily accessing the bookmarks or other tabs. Acrobat has this feature.

Hover over page names to see whole name
1) Hover over a bookmark to allow you to see the whole page name. Currently the name is truncated unless you manually resize. 2) Hover over the page number to allow you to see the whole page name. Currently the name is truncated and can't be seen.

Area markup measurement adjustments
Be able to adjust area markup sizes by entering new size in a "scale dimensions" box instead of doing it through the "Document Width & Document Height" fields. This would be for adjusting area markups precisely instead of dragging for approximate dimensions.

Batch Sign and Seal, manual placement, signature movable on individual sheets
Batch Sign and Seal, manual placement, make signature movable on individual sheets. Currently, the signatures stay as exact same position each page, which is not movable.

Setting a default Batch Sign and Seal stamp, date, and digital signature location
I sign dozens of sheets a week and make great use of the batch sign and seal function. Our titleblocks are consistent, and I always put the seal, digital signature, and date blocks in the same locations. It would be great to be able to set a custom default location for those to appear in and simplify my process further.

Showing who has a PDF file open.
Just curious if there is a feature that can be added. The company I work for uses a network that will give access to pdf drawing files and the files are locked when someone has them open. I am wondering if there is a way we can add the feature to see who has the file open instead of it saying "locked by another user" as…

Quantity
It would be a great thing if there was any plans to add in a Quantity tab, where if there was multiple of the same measure concluded, that Bluebeam would count them together and then with that in the total section of that measure it would multiply the multiple of the quantity to give the subtotal instead of individual…
