My company's been asked to transition historically CAD based work to BBR to facilitate end user utility. To that end, over the past few years we have created toolsets to mimic our CAD blocks for valves, pumps, vessels, etc. One of the really useful aspects of CAD (and a welcomed addition to BBR) is the ability to snap to a…
I just encountered this as I don't do this often. We had a series of documents (forms) that were set up with a typo (PP10843 vs PP10834) and this became a copy past error for all subsequent forms. This existed as a markup for all forms. So remembering we can search for markups I did that. I then used the 'Select all' and…
This is a minor issue that pops up from time to time. If the drawing was originally created as Portrait and then later rotated by Lanscape and then you sign it. The signature will be applied as if the drawing was still Portrait. It would be good to have the signature apply to the current orientation. Or have the option to…
It would save time renaming pdfs outside of a session so that the next version can be added to a session. I would like a session to automatically add an extension with the next number to the file name the same as windows when adding files with the same name. Example abcd.pdf is in the session, when you want to add an…
Hi, In my opinion a very useful feature could be the possibility to export the outcome of a text-search results. By exporting the text-results in a Excel/CSV, will allow to make easy and fast the cross-check between the TEXT content in the PDF with a source Excel text-list. To be more clear, I would like to compare TEXT…
I manage our companies Tool Chest items of our products. After creating a Tool Chest item for all of our products, we not want to include additional Custom Columns in our Markups List exports for several aspects of our products such as price, cost, dimensions, heat loads, power requirements etc. At this point, the Tool…
Current method of watermarking via PDF stamps is cumbersome and time consuming. Suggest implementing a dedicated watermark tool apply text / image watermarks quickly and easily. Attached example from PDFXChange that I currently use instead of the Revu workaround.
Revu for iPad had its faults, but the features that include importing toolkits, and capturing images associated with a markup are essential to the way my team operates and completes field audits. It is my understanding that Revu for iPad is being discontinued in favor of the Bluebeam Cloud app. The Bluebeam cloud app feels…
I am a field engineer and we utilize BlueBeam Studio to manage our project. It would be helpful if we could upload photos and new files such as PDFs and XML to our studio project using the iPad out in the field. At the moment the BlueBeam cloud app does not allow this.
To shorten start-up time, allow setting Revu to minimize to task tray, preferably when no documents are open.
