I Group markups to select many elements with one click, the convenient rotation handle, the reduction of chances I'll click within a cluster of grip handles that could change size / scale, and the unified rotation that preserves the individual markups' relation to one another. When markups are Grouped, their existing…
I think adding a zoomed-in view in the corner of each page would be highly beneficial. This feature would maintain the same zoom level and position while allowing quick navigation between pages without the need to constantly pan and zoom. It would be especially helpful when working with multiple split views. Please refer…
We all know and love the ability to automatically create page labels. However there is no way to search for page labels besides adding a markup to the pages and filtering to it in the Markup List. If there was a option in the search section to search for page labels it would increase the efficiency of our searches and make…
There is no rhyme or reason to which way the leader lines on a dimension mark-up are going to point when you place it. 50% of the time it is backwards. You should make it easy to flip the dimension mark-up after placing it, or give control over the direction during placement.
It would be great if when creating an overlay with two documents of the same number of pages it either defaulted to including all pages of both documents, or if this was a user preference that could be set.
Please modify the Ctrl+Tab functionality in Bluebeam Revu to mirror the behavior of Alt+Tab in Windows: Pressing Ctrl+Tab once should switch to the most recently used tab. Repeatedly pressing Ctrl+Tab should toggle between the two most recently used tabs. Holding Ctrl and pressing Tab multiple times should cycle through…
A couple of features we could benefit from as account managers are: The ability to add subscriptions to our account throughout the subscription term without using a third party. And at the end of the subscription period, allow us to right-size or drop unused licenses. Our BlueBeam purchase experience is painfully slow. It…
When using Automatic Form Field Creation process it duplicates form field names on each page. This causes issues when the document is used in other places by duplicating the content that is entered in those fields across the pages. If the fields could be a different name on each page it would be ideal. Another way to help…
Can you make it possible to search for both lines at once? Like B4/SB503?
Under Count Measurement Properties then under custom count Can you make the display bigger and wider Can it be searchable Maybe make it like the tool chest
I contacted product support and they did not have a solution for me and suggested i post a suggestion here. I flip through single page drawing PDFs in WINDOWS PREVIEWING PANE many times a day to find an engineering drawing I need. The problem is that the default is set to fit to page width which slows down the process of…
Hello, I just purchased core, can I merge counts in core? its gray in the menu once right click on quantity, issue is that the report is 22 pages long with 150 counts over 4 items.
Sorry I do not know what the correct name would be for the sorting box above the files in project. Please see the attached PDF which I hope this make sense.
Some suggestions for when filtering through the markup list: The "Contains" custom filter should not be case-sensitive. When using the "Contains" filter, the header should display the search terms instead of just showing "Custom." Allow searching within the list while retaining the active filters. (Right now, searching…
I regularly receive large sets of drawings whose filenames are ridiculously long, which makes navigation using tabs nearly useless. While I can use the Sets panel, I often know which of several "key" sheets I'll need to refer back to on a regular basis, and it would make things easier if the document tabs were readable. If…

Please add the ability to allow some users to edit/delete other peoples comments. This can be controlled through permissions. At our organisation when reviewing drawings there is a review manager that consolidates comments before sending them back. This process occurs regardless of if we are using Bluebeam or another tool.…
Add folders for studio sessions to organize the list of recent Studio sessions. Some of our clients utilize one Studio session per deliverable on large projects that have multiple reviewers. It can be quite a task to find the one studio session for a smaller project amidst the rows and rows of studio sessions per…
With more people using bluebeam as a CAD/drawing program. It would be nice if bullet points/numbers points with auto text indent was a feature.
It would be helpful to have an autosave function for PDFs being used in Revu. Currently this does not exist and would be very beneficial.
This has been requested many many times in the past by many Revu users. WHY is there STILL no numbered/bulleted list function??
It would be great be able to see to whom and when the "alert attendee" has been done. Today you can see exactly who and when markups has been accepted but there are no info at all if a markup has been alerted to someone.
It would be a huge time saver to have keyboard shortcuts for assigning markup statuses. Numerous workflows (e.g. QA/QC and design reviews, punch/back-check) involve multiple status changes for markups, and often times there are multiple statuses (or state models) to choose from. On large projects, with 100's if not 1,000's…
I hope you're doing well. I'm reaching out because I have a couple of suggestions that I think could make Bluebeam even better. First off, I've been really impressed with the new ARM-based Windows machines, especially those using the Snapdragon Elite X. They’re powerful, have great battery life—kind of like MacBooks in…
I'd like to create/insert a table into Bluebeam Revu that I can edit like any other markup.
I don't know how many times I have drawn a rectangle or polygon shape to create an outline or fill, only to need the area. Instead of redrawing it, it would be great to be able to simply convert it to an area. Or have them always calculate area regardless of the tool?
