Widening an area measurement
A feature that allows expanding an area measurement in all directions would be useful. The idea is to extend the base area (solid line) of the sample image by 20 cm in all directions to create the light blue area (dashed line). Such a feature can be very useful for measuring excavation pits or floor slabs, especially for…

Seperate Area Messurement
It would be a very useful feature to be able to split area measurements so that two separate measurements can be created from one. This way, I could edit previous measurements without having to delete them entirely and redo them twice. The polygon cut-out function cannot solve this task.

To shorten start-up time, allow setting Revu to minimize to task tray, preferably when no documents are open.

Quick Combine in File Explorer
There should be a default option for when you right click in the file explorer, there is a quick combine files for all the files selected in File Explorer. I know there is already Combine Files with Revu, but you have to go through the stapler to combine the files. This would combine the pdfs and place it in the active…

Navigation window on secondary screen
Currently, the navigation tools are only present on the primary screen when using multiple monitors. This requires you to move your mouse from the secondary screen to the primary screen every time you use a navigation tool. This takes extra time and can be confusing. I suggest duplicating the navigation toolbar on the…

Combined Spreadsheet
Our company recently joined Bluebeam by consolidating 13 different Business Units into one account. We will need to allocate the costs and would like to respectfully request a single spreadsheet download of all users which would include their email address. This would be very helpful as of now I navigate to each BU,…

Measuring Area of Polygon Markups
Is it possible to measure the area of existing polygons without tracing around the shape again? If not, this would be a useful feature. It would save a lot of time.

Bulk BlueBeam Session ID Transfer Ownership Capability Request
If a session host has left your organization without any notice, how do you transfer the host's session ids easily? As of the time of my request, I cannot do it. I am a new Bluebeam Revu 21 administrator, and I humbly requesting a new easy capability my BlueBeam Organization Administration Portal to bulk transfer ownership…

Copying markups from a checked-in document
I am doing a lot of copy-work copying markups from one document to another. However, I cannot copy markups from a document while it is checked into Sharepoint. It might be a permission- or recognition issue, but it would really save me a ton of time and risk of changing "finished" documentation, if I could copy a markup…

Program not registered as started in task bar
I cannot remember when it started, but I am experiencing that when I start Revu Bluebeam from the task bar, it is not recognised as running. If I then open many windows and click the Revu icon in the task bar, to go to Revu, it instead opens a new Revu window instead of going to the original one. The problem has persisted…

Dynamic stamps with metadata
I work with multiple big sets of drawings which I subdivide into different scopes. I draw each scope on a layer named after the scope and then print copies of each sub-scope for field utilization. On each sub-scope copy, I must label which scope it is. This would be done very easily if I was able to create a stamp that…

Layer inheritance for markups
I work with layers a lot, and have a set of tools for this purpose. Most of them have been assigned a layer before entering, and some have no layer assigned, so they appear on the markup layer. However, this does not seem to work that well. First of all, I am "unable" to remove the layer information from a tool in the tool…
